Good info.Never being there I assumed it was like H&M as far as road riding.I guess not.Kind of sucks having to get your bike street legal for a week of riding.Now Bob since you've been there quite a bit if your doing a week run and staying at 3-4 different places along the way(all on quad, trucks back wherever you started )If your not street legal you cant go into town for gas,food lodging???

If you need to go into town, you will have to drive your vehicle if your OHV isn't street legal. When I go out there with my atv's, if there isn't any trail access right from camp, I load them on the trailer and drive to the trail head. My General I have made street legal, and can ride anywhere I want in Moab, including right down main street if I want to.
