Anyone know where to start besides the bulbs in fixing my lighting issue? All my lights have gone out. Doubt the bulbs all went on vacation at the same time. Bad Scheduling.

Also, when running at high speeds it will bog down unless I let off. Could that be gas?

It is a 1994 Sportsman 400 4X4 2 stroke

Thanks All

Thanks for the welcoming.
See, I sunk the ATV in mud for over an hour till my 2 friends were found to pull me out. I hadn't gotten it to start for 3 plus months. It now runs but the lights at first start up ran when battery was dissconnected and then when we installed the battery, the lights no longer work.

Voltage issue still?

while they will run without a battery hooked up ,you really need a battery in order for everything to work properly. without some type of battery voltage, the regulator -rectifier thinks you have a dead battery and allows full charging voltage and probably burned all the bulbs out( like a bolt of lightning looking for a ground). change a couple bulbs and check the charging voltage and see what is . if it's ok then replace 'em all
