I have an 07’ 500EFI DLX got with problems already; guy said “wouldn’t start, finally got it to start and while was idling hit throttle bike shut off and wouldn’t start again…..”
I put on a charger charged battery up when I turned key switch to start motor did not crank but pod was illuminated BUT the lights began flashing then dead!
now bike does nothing. I checked disable link located near starter relay and I have 12v from there to “electronic box maybe rectifier.. but from there I can’t follow 12v. BUT I did have 4.6ish V at key believe it’s yellow wire please help get this monkey off my back!!!! Thanks
