I know that 1 1/2-2 turns out is a pretty good place to start with a mixture screw on just about any small engine... But does anybody know what Polaris says it should be for my 600?
Thanks!

I'd have to double check a manual, but memory says 1-1/2 but I never pay attention to them. I always tune each machine to where it runs and idles and throttle response is best. Usually 2 1/2 -3 turns on most of the sportsmans I work on.

I know my old 500 was 2 turns out. Just wasn't sure about this odd ball 600.
It'll run on 2 but it had a bad bog to it. Wondered what factory was stated as being. I'll mess with it some more tonight. Thanks!

2.5 turns out, they came out with a service bulliten for those years cause they were so cold blooded, it also helps the 600 to go up one size on the main jet,
