has anyone every done this trying to break the flywheel loose i put the nut on the end of the shaft to not shroom it and hammerd on it well the nut just got messed up when i took it off because the end of the shaft is messed i filed it down a bit and forced the nut on but just ripped out the threads on the nut completely and now my flywheel is flopping around i could get another washer and new nut and just thread the nut onto the shroomed part and hope it holds up but would like some more input

sounds like you need to do a little filling on the mushroomed part and then work the threads with a thread file and get a puller to take your flywheel off with.
