My Dad was given a trail boss 325 and the connecting rod is broke. We are trying to find parts for it but do not know what year it is. We cannot find a VIN either. I uploaded a pic of the only identifying marks we found. Any help would be appreciated.

The machine serial number is stamped on the lower left side of the frame tube. I am not sure what the number you have there but if I had to guess the 00 at the beginning stands for 2000.
Can anyone tell me if my Polaris 330 4 wheeler takes 2 sprockets or not it looks like it does but I want to be sure and possibly tell me where I can buy one for cheap price
LOL... Any machine that is chain driven, MUST out of necessity have at least two sprockets.
You need to replace chain and BOTH sprockets. Putting only one new sprocket on with a worn chain and other sprocket will simply wear it out very quickly and you'll be right back to where you are now.
#11 is the front part number 3221043
second pic #21 is the rear 3222061 and #17 is the chain 3221193-078
