My 2007 Phoenix 200 is bowing fuses right when you turn on the key. After completely going through the wiring and ohming every strand to ground, I have it narrowed down to either the CDI or the stator. When you unplug the stator, the short goes away. The stator wires has 5 wires..3 yellows, 1 blue and a green. My question is, should that green wire that goes down in the stator, be common to ground? If it is normal and the ground is supposed to go to the CDI box, then the CDI box is bad. I am currently showing that green is common to ground. Thanks for your help!
