Hi people I just purchased 2009 Sportsmand 550. On the dash the green neutral lamp is on when machine is turned off. Is this normal????

Not really. All lights/power should be off when the ignition is turned off. Probably not much drain on your battery unless it sits for days/weeks before the next run.

Does the neutral light (and others) operate as they should when ignition is turned on/running?

no it shouldn't thats weird. Something must be wrong with the wiring

Try moving the kill switch to off instead of run, see if it stays on.
