Checking In from Vermont, I just got a 2002 Sportsman 700 twin with 1750 miles on it. I have gone through the suspension all new bushings and ball joints and tie rod ends. I also replaced all the u joints and new front axles. And changed all the fluids and changed the water pump cover. the first issue was it was locked in awd all the time. I just rebuilt the front dif awd now works great in reverse but doesn't kick in going forward with out wheel speed. the other issue is it idles high. I ordered a shop manual yesterday so hopefully I can get the bugs worked out.
