Yeah wanting on aftermarket parts:
Grab bar
Pro Aluminium Front bumper
CFM airbox
CFM oil tank
CFM Air scoops
Modquad brake reservoir
Aluminium coolant overflow tank

Did get some parts. Choke parts, Battery strap parts, Rubber mounts for exhaust and the rubber part for bottom of air-box drain to replace the bit of green garden hose lol. New gear lever to replace stock loose aluminium one, Aluminium fuel cap for bling, P clams for custom skid plates on A-arms.

Still need to order some bushes and other small parts to service things that not be done in a long time. Nerf bars have been ordered. Have a document on my computer of parts I need to get and parts I may get that are just for looks. Going to be a long build but will get there.

Got the radiator air scoops, air-box and rear brake reservoir test fitted. Oil tank not yet as I need to get the 2 rubber grommets for the bottom mounts as mine are old and cracking. Also started modifing the rear grab bar by moving it in closer to the bike by 35mms did the same on my Yamaha blaster & warrior when I had them, Get photos tomorrow.

1st off the airbox did not fit. seat would not install properly without forcing it. Have worked out a way to fix it and the mounts are 20mm out from the factory.

This shows how much I had to lower it. Shocking isn't it.

onto the good things now. I got the rear grab bar shortened. 35mm closer into the quad.

Removed the extra mounting hole and angled the top to make look stock. Also cnc cut the 2 notches in the top to make clearance for the rear fender as it was sitting on it and forcing the fender up.

CNC goodness.

Next will be to finish the airbox mounts. and to cnc cut some spacers for the rear grab bar.

CNC cut some parts for my quad today.

Grab bar spacers installed.
154666

New rubber boot plate made.
154667

Radiator plates made. To fix the holes in the plastic from blowing out as 1 has already. This plate will stop that happening and clamps it all nice and tight to the CFM scoops. Still need to trim off the plastic tab on the side of the grill so it clears the scoops.

Getting some bolts and nuts tomorrow for the airbox.
