Hey, I appreciate any help/advice I can get here. I have a 2002 Polaris Sportsman 700 Twin. Over the last few years it has started running really rough and needing a lot of Choke to start. Now when I start it, I have to run the idle screw in quite a bit when its cold to keep it going and then as it heats up, I have to back the idle screw out otherwise I can't shift due to the high idle. It also backfires when I let off the throttle. So far I have pulled the carb apart as far as I can and I haven't see anything alarming. I've replaced the spark plugs and exhaust donuts. Any ideas on where to go next? If I need to replace the carb, any suggestions on a good aftermarket one? Thanks in advance.
