I have a new 570 and when I am moving at a slower speed I have a vibration type noise in the front end. When I go faster it goes away and when I left off the throttle there is nothing. I don't feel any vibration it just sounds like a vibration noise. Any idea what this might be? I do not hear this noise on my older 800 nor do I hear anything like this in my 570 RZR.

I had two rattles on mine when I first got it. One was the front heat shield. Tightening up the bolts solved that. The second was from the side plastic panel, vibrating next to the shifter. A small piece of foam tape fixed that.

On my 570 it was the shifter rod rattling on the exhaust. There is a piece of rubber on the rod to keep it from rattling but it had moved down the rod and when in high gear left a spot where it hit the heat sheild.

Good tips there. I also find that if you have a winch, sometimes it rattles if it's not fully reeled in...
