Need help here. Parked the quad after snowblowing the driveway, and when I came to use it again, no power when key turned, nothing happens at all. Battery tender hooked up, 13.4 volts at battery. Manual said to check for 12 volts between pin one, constant power, and pin eight, ground. That reads 13.4. Then it says between pin two, which is 12 volts switched, and pin eight, ground. No dice. Manual says repair wiring. I did have a blown main fuse, and changed that, but now, where to start checking wires?
Any and all help is appreciated.

Did turn it on again and fuse was fine. Although there may still be a short somewhere, hence the "repair wiring" recommendation from the manual. Just don't feel like taking the blower off the quad, then the fender guards, fenders, racks, when it's just one wire under the pod. (Checked under the pod, and all wires LOOK intact and good.)

Is the machine in park? Did you check the kill switch?

Tranny is in neutral.

Kill switch is on run.

When checking for voltage on the keyed power wire, pin 2 in the harness, with the kill switch off it reads zero, but when in run, it's 0.5 or so. Not constant, but around there. Not the 12 or more volts that should be there.
