So I got my turbo & Im starting to put together the stuff Ill need for my 2005 Scrambler. I want to run the oil from the engine to lube the turbo but is it enough or will it be to much of a drain on the oiling system? I think It should be ok but Im just looking for some opinions.

I don't think the engine provides enough oil pressure to keep a turbine happy.

Well I kinda agree, however the relief is easily modified & I think I will test it out. The turbo I have is very small so it wont need a lot but starving it would be bad. Just wondering if anyone has ever played with oil pressure & flow.
Also Does anyone have any suggestions for a external pump? Ive been looking but havent had to much luck as for selection.

From what I read on the forum the 500 does not have much for oil pressure so I would think using a different source would be better.
My 2012 500 runs 3-8psi at hot idle.

Does anyone have any electric oil pump options?
