This sunday is the Ramey poker run in central pa.
If any of you are going and want to say hi let me know.
For those who have never heard of it they have about a 26 mile trail system set up. 4 check points to win.

It is run by the Fire Company so your $15.00 to get in is going to a good cause.

I have run it 4 times now and each time is just as much fun as the last.

I think some info is on their web site.

Is there a way to travel by wheeler between Ramey and Houtzdale trails?

I have ridden Ramey several times both at poker run and other times as well. I rode around on some of the Houtzdale trails the day after the poker run. I thought it would be easy to just follow the markings like you can do at Ramey.

Not!!

We got confused two times and finally ran into the guy that was taking down the markers. He says they always take them down right after the run.

Also, are people actually permitted to ride these areas when there isn't a poker run?

I am riding around Houtzdale with Central Mountain ATV in a couple of weeks.
