Ok so we bought this atv in 2004 never had any other problems except fan wouldn't run but fixed that now rear diff clicks when I go forward back only clicks faster if I go faster me and my dad are fixen to go on some trails just need to know if it would be safe to take it like that great atv problem started bout 1 year ago I know this is kinda late but nothing seems to be wrong just by looking at it

From 40 years plus of industrial, and automotive work,it sounds to me like a bearing or bearing race is bad,and about to scatter,,,better take it apart and look,,,must have been starved of clean grease,,,on the 425 mag 4x4 there is a grease fitting on the rear bearing housing,is for greasing!
