I have a Polaris 500 that the front clutch appears to not be disengaging all the way. It looks like about a 1/4 of an inch. I cleaned it out with an air hose and sprayed it with WD40 with no luck. It did disengage all the way about 30 minutes ago but after bring the RPMs up a couple of times it went back to the way it was. Any help would be great.

Bad bushing, maybe other worn parts. Time to take it apart and have it serviced of still good. Make sure you get all the wd40 out or it will get on your belt and make it slip.
