On my 2013 polaris 500 i was wondering what my rim offset was. Im looking to get rims and want to know what size rims for the front and rear to get. I do not want to get wheel spacers and right now i have 26x9x12's on the front and 26x10x12's on the back. I need a 12 in rim.

you need to get a 7" 4+3 offset rim 12" stock are 5+1 or 5+2 haveing 4 on the inside instead of 5 pushes your wheel out an inch

Pretty sure the front rim is 6" wide and the offset is 5+1 and the rear is an 8" rim with an offset of 7+1.

Will a 7in wide rim work for 10in wide tires?

Should i do the 12x7 all around. I have 9in wide tires in the front and 10in wide tires in the back?

the general concensus is to stay with 12" rims. i went to 14" rims and with the increase in tire size kept the OEM aspect ratio. the rule of thumb in the offroad community is stay at or above a 2:1 ratio for ur tire to rim diameters. it think u would be fine staying at 12" or going to 14" rims. i believe with the ratios we are running at ur safe either way and it boils down to what u like. most aftermarket rims are going to come in a 4+3 offset and be 7" wide.

You are correct on the sizes and offsets , 12x7 all around is the general replacement.

(see rim spec below)

2:1 ratio are you saying dont go over 24" with a 12 inch rim??? or dont go up to 36(3:1) i wouldnt go over 28 with a 12" rim depending on sidewall

At or above. So say 12" rim u would want to be at a 24" tire or greater. With a 14" rim 28" or greater tire. This rule of thumb yields the best traction with the most protection. against tire damage. Now one reason u would want to stay at or slightly lower then the 2:1 ratio would be higher speed handling characteristics.
