6k for a new ac wow i hope it was a good one, i could have installed one for 2000 just saying then you could afford to go

No joke! American Standard (Trane) 3 ton, 13 seer unit. I wanted an 18 seer and the quotes were above $9k. I had no idea replacement central air AC costed so much until mine needed replacing. My previous Trane unit lasted 21 1/2 years. Other brands cost a lot less but I wanted to stay with what I had. Trane & American Standard are the same company and are literally built on the exact same assembly line. I definitely had sticker shock at the price.

Got the new 27" Interco Sniper 920's bolted on this morning ready for the outwest trip. I'll report back on tire preformance in August after the trip on how I like them. Even though the Snipers are 27" versus the Kenda Bear Claws at 26" the rear tires are 2 lb a piece lighter and fronts are 1.5 lb lighter in weight. Same but different OEM Polaris wheels. I did install my balance beads when mounting the tires on the wheels. Snipers are DOT approved. The Interco Sniper tire is the #1 rated and used Baja off-road tire on the race circuit.

The Kenda Bear Claws were 26" and have 2300 mi on them and still have plenty of tread left. They have never let me down or had a puncture. Both brands of tires are 8 ply Radial.

As much as I love all of my time ATVING it just takes up too much of my time and I am struggling to keep up with the everyday basics such as cleaning and maintaining my home, so something has to give. I will be giving away my collection. 😥
Please don't ask any questions, as I can't handle talking about it.

To the folks who just showed up in the 43ft $200,000 fifth wheel, that costs double my house, you have a beautiful rig.
To the folks who are down in the woods in a bivvy tent, you guys are hard core, awesome setup down there.
To the folks who just pulled in with their 1979 C class with more rust than panel. I can only imagine the memories you’ve made in that thing. I bet that dent has a story.
To the folks that took that last site that nobody wanted, pulled in, put down the seats in their mini van, and started cooking. Your dinner smells delightful.
Y’all, we all camp differently, and we may not agree on it all, but we have to remember the only thing that matters is memories are being made, and you’re getting 120% out of your time with your loved ones. You have to forget HOW you go camping, and remember WHY you go camping. THAT is camping my friends.

Looks like my crew is going to have to postpone for about a month this year FPD. I just can't get everybody lined up for July. I want to see some detailed pics and a play by play of the action. I'm especially curious about the Black Hills... camping options, access to trails, crowds, trail conditions, etc. Be safe on the road and on the trail.
Brought the granddaughters over to Grandpa's house today to help me pack, (because they remember last year helping me pack and were throwing my socks at each other), then they jumped on the ATV and said "Grandpa you're not leaving without us"!
