Thanks Chris. I wasn't having much luck finding a Part # for the manual. I'd hate to know what a dealer would charge for it. I did some brief eBay and Bing/Google searching. While I did not find anything on that part number exactly, I did find an Owners Manual for a 1992 350L 4x4 which is identical to my 1990. Got it for $5 off eBay shipped. Gotta Love the eBay!!!

Out of the 3 posts you have started they are all looking for $$ and out of your 74 current reply's to posts only 4 have something to do with something other than asking for $$.. If I were the owner of this site I'd ban you....
And anyone reading this all of these manuals can be found for free right here on this site or the internet for that matter because that is where 99% of them came from... So why pay someone for something that was obtained for free???

2006 Sportsman 500 HO EFI 4x4
I looked through your listings and didn't find one for a 2006 Sportsman 500 HO EFI. Please forgive if I've sent you this before but I've lost track of who I've sent or asked what. I just need a service manual so I can get my new used ride working. I've had it 4 weeks and only put 5-10 hours of sputtering time on it. It sucks having a new broke toy!

I think I finally found the 2006 Sportsman 500 HO EFI service manual. I followed one of the links offered in this discussion/thread(?) and found that a manual for the 2006 listed as, "2005 -2006 Polaris Sportsman 400 450 500 Repair Manual SKU 6620008". It was for sale at $74.14 on the site I finally arrived at. I went back to a link posted in this discussion and downloaded the manual listed for a 2005. The covers are not the same so I will be using it with caution unless someone can confirm that it is the correct one. The cover of the one I finally downloaded is, "2005 Sportsman 400/500 Service Manual PN 9919425. What is the difference between the "repair manual" and the "service manual"?
