Before my grandpa passed away he gave me his Magnum 325 with the plow. Ive never seen the plow on the atv so im not sure its right. Sadly its time for winter so I have to get it mounted. He gave me the winch he bought for it so I have to connect that to. The bottom arm that goes under the ATV seems like its to far back. then when I set the plow on it the plow is less than a foot to the tires and the lever to adjust the angle of the plow only has about 3-4" when the blade is on the ground. There are 5 notches in the plow the center then 2 on either side and the first 3 work after that its in the tires. Is the back plate maybe mounted wrong it just seems like something is wrong. If I build a winch bracket the winch will be pull a 90degree angle and really close to the plow. If I se the arm on 2x4s there Is enough room to get your hang on the lever to adjust the plow angle. Does anyone have anything I can try?

Thanks for any help!
