Hi latebird. I am also looking for the service manual too, idealy for the 2005. Will your goodwill big enough to send it to me please: [email protected]
Many thanks in advance
I was just informed that 04, 05 and 06 Phoenix all use the same wiring - I just sent you the 06 manual with wiring diagrams

yes! I received both
Many thanks, much appreciated
As I was looking to it, I noticed that the rear brake system on the manual is a "drum break" (not sure of the word) where the rear brake on mine is a caliper...also I only have one brake lever on the LHS of the handlebar, and the master cylinder is situated at the rear down back behind the rear right wheel... Any idea of the reason of such a difference?

That VIN is not in the Polaris data base

The first digit (Z) indicates it was made in Sweden - the second digit (H) indicates it was made by Honda - the tenth digit is the year of manufacture and 0 was not used - goes 1 thru 9 followed by alpha characters.

Polaris starts 4XA if made in the US - RF3 made in China - Made in Taiwan starts with L

The only Phoenix I ever worked on had VIN 4XAPB20A05T003457

Please recheck the VIN - is it possible it in not a Polaris, but a counterfeit with Polaris stickers on it?

That's better - it is an international model - intl models have turn signals while US models do not - I do not have the intl service manual

Unfortunately the manual is not available from Polaris

The manual I sent will cover everything except the extra wiring for the turn signal circuitry

Thanks for your searches. I know that before Polaris built a factory in Polonia all vehicules were imported from US and passed threw a company in Italia (Egimotors) to be equiped with all mandatory details before being dispatched across Europe.
It still not explain why the rear brakes are disk+caliper... but it doesn't matter...my major problem with the ATV 2 hours ago was idle but I managed to solve it with the help of the manual you ve sent me. Merci Latebird!(y)

Not many 2020 manuals in my collection - newest Phoenix manual I have at the moment is a 2008 - I have a friend with 2013 in PDF - I'll get a copy and send it - I can't even get the publication number from Polaris
