Ok, so I bought my 2003 polaris predator 500 a few months back. I have had a hand full of problems (its 11 years old, not surprised). I recently got into ice riding during the winter months. I ran 1 1/2 " sheet metal screws from the inside of the tire out, sharp as can be :). I went out for a ride yesterday and my chain came off twice. After further inspection i noticed that my rear end would move in every direction without any tire movement. So i lugged it home and tore off the rear tires and saw that the bearings in the rear assembly were literally gone. The left side was chewed up, and the right side had blown up inside of the housing. Is this a common problem, the rear bearings going with more traction? if you need some pictures i can post some from my phone, don't have any on the computer tho. any help and/or advice would be really appreciated
