Polaris Industries has given $46,500 to organizations in five states to complete the third year of the company’s T.R.A.I.L.S. grant program.

In a little more than three years, the Polaris program has given more than $746,000 in funds to local, state and national ATV clubs. To date, Polaris has assisted 83 organizations in 42 states across the United States.

Grant recipients included the Long Island Recreational Trails Conservatory of New York, the Balsam Trail Blazers ATV Club of Minnesota, the Birdseye Mountain ATV Club of Vermont, the Colorado Off-Highway Vehicle Association and the USDA Forest Service, Ironton Ranger District in Ohio.

The T.R.A.I.L.S. grant program was launched in January 2006 for ATV clubs, associations and grassroots groups. The program makes funds available to not-for-profit national, state and local organizations in the U.S. to ensure the future of ATV riding.
