Polaris Sportsman 335

I have a 2000 Polaris Sportsman 335 that runs really rough from around 0-5 mph. It acts like the speed limiting system is being applied. Once you get above 5 mph it runs fine. I've checked the contacts in the throttle control. They are open.

Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be or how to isolate it?

check the plug wire to make sure its not loose or not making good connection
if its not the wire ,, carbs plugged up , rnr carb floss jets with wire, not getting enough fuel thru pilot circuit
Sounds like pilot circuit is clogged. Air fuel ratio is off on the slow circuit. Pull spark plugs and see if it is running lean.

Sounds like the cold start by pass valve is not closing completely
