Ok well I replaced the carb it’s starts up idles great I can rev it but once I throw it in gear it only goes 20 and doesn’t seem to get any faster the motor isn’t nocking or anything the any help I struggle at times to throw it in gear it feels hard!

You replaced the carb with what?

I got the original one rebuilt I was thinking maybe the clutch or belt because I can rev really high no issue no bogging down it just feels heavy and won’t go past 20
