I was just using my polaris sportsman 500 yesterday in the yard. I went to get back on it and it would not start. I would just here a single click and then nothing. I did a few test and solenoid and starter were getting the 12v they needed. I went ahead and replaced both starter and solenoid just to be safe. Still just get the one click. Could my flywheel be stuck?

Are you sure the battery is good? Usually a click on any vehicle indicates insufficient amperage to turn engine over, enough for lights and such but not for starting an engine. I'd either charge the battery for a while or use another battery to isolate the problem. :cowboy:

OK that's good. Did you check the fuses in the small black pouch just forward of the battery? Those are automotive type fuses you can get at autozone type places.

Try taking out the spark plug for less compression and see if it turns over. Or maybe the bendix gear from the starter to the flywheel might be rusted and stuck.
