Hi all. Help is appreciated
before I decide to throw my dear Polaris to the junkyard
I have a Polaris Sportsman 700 EFI, 2005, that won't start
I have replaced the fuel filter, and the fuel pump and I replaced the spark plug last year.
The bike will crank but not start
When the problem started, the bike only run in idle but choked when fuel was injected. Then it didnt start at all. After I kept the bike in the garage for about a year, I replaced the fuel pump and the bike started and ran only for a short time, and didnt start again
The fuel pump does not get any voltage when I start. The options that I see is:
Do you guys know of any method to isolate the problem?
Best regards from Iceland

The fuel pump does not get any voltage when I start. The options that I see is:
- Faulty fuel pump relay (But I can't find it on the bike)
- Faulty Central processor unit
- Some sensors
- Fuel injection (will not explain the lack of power to the fuel pump)
- .......
Do you guys know of any method to isolate the problem?
