Last year when I bought another Sportsman 500, I decided to try the front TM2/Polaris Pregressors. I had Polaris front HD springs on my first 500 and it was too stiff. I installed the Pregressors thinking it would be nice to adjust the front as needed. Unfortunately, they didn't stiffen enough to my liking.

I ordered the EPI HD fronts because they were rated a little softer than the Polaris HD spring. 120lb vs 128lb.

Ended up leaving the Pregressors on with the EPI springs. The Pregressors rusted as soon as they got wet. The way they sit they also cut into the springs. Right through the powder coating and started wearing into the metal.

I pulled them off and Dremeled the springs clean where they were rusted and spray painted them with Rustoleum. I should have taken pictures of the springs but I didn't think about it.

I would not recommend the Pregressors. They do stiffen the front, but the quality is sub par and they have to much "play" allowing them to cut into your springs.
