I have an 850 touring. 1600 miles and I am putting in a clutch kit. My belt looks fine to me. Some dust in and around the Primary and secondary clutches but not bad.

I think the belt is OK but I do not want to screw with this again for another 1500 miles so, I have a severe duty Quad Boss belt and was wondering what the quality of this belt might be compared to polaris brand.

Maybe I should stuff in the new belt.

It is a stinker getting at the belt on my machine because it is a touring and has full armor underneath.

Not sure about the Quad Boss belt, as I'm new to the CVT world, but from what I've seen here, most recommend the Polaris brand belt over aftermarket belts

I wouldn't be to concerned at that mileage about a new belt, but if you already have it you may as well put it in and keep the original for a spare. Seen a lot of aftermarket belts that don't fit as well as OEM so check it before you get it all back together.
