I've been very skeptical about moving my radiator onto my front rack but i just spent the last few hours making the change and I'm going to suggest it to anyone that lives in more hot conditions or that like to ride mud and water... it makes a world of difference and i think my fans only kicked on one time since the change. Ive previously burnt up two fan motors cause of water and repetitive cycles of the fan running, so if anyone was wondering how well it works, its deffintaly worth the time and it only costs about 20 bucks in extended lines and hoses!

Sounds like my cooling fan is on its way out. Polaris fan is quite pricey, are there any alternatives out there? What is the best way to install the new fan? Thanks in advance for any help!
OK I just re-built my entire rear end - bearings, seals, etc.
The rear axle bearings are normal tapered roller bearings etc as you know.
