I'm rebuilding the rear suspension of my 02 500ho and i need the lower outer bushing. It looks like polaris discontinued it ?? What to do? :wtf:

you will have to look at after market bushings.....lots out there....there are kits on ebay also....but check around on some online stores.....some have good prices....

Its not the plastic bushings its more like a shaft/spacer that go's in the plastic bushing. polaris call's it Bushing Bearing Carrier part #5631141 find #37 on the parts list. Im dong sum research it looks like a 2002 sportsman 700 uses the same lower A arm and the same plastic bushings. Ok i see now..bring an old one to a dealer..see if any of the newer one match up..worth a shot...a good parts guy will know...sure they been asked before

OK got the new bushings from a 2003 sportsman 500 and they will work for my 2002. :veryhappy:
