1995 Polaris 400 2x4. Just new top end bout 5-6 hours on it. Was running high RPMs when I hit the throttle and would hold them high until I choked it. You run right with choke one but would miss. Covered air box and even stuff towel in it and still ran strong. Parked it for the night thewouldnt start at all nect day. I took reeds out and they all had about a 1-4 piece of paper gap between them and dia. Are they supposed to be flat/seated on dia. with no gap (completely closed?) throttle cable was not the problem. Any ideas? Thanks for looking

Ok I just seen in my manual a max. of .015 any more change. So if that's the problem foes it sound right to be running/sticking rpms, it will redline with ease. Thanks again
