My 99 is grinding when I start it and I need a reliable starter does anyone have any recommendations

There is different reasons for water getting into the chamber other than the seal including condensation and a poor fit on the recoil handle or a universal recoil handle. The chamber needs to be drained each time it is operated in wet conditions or washed.
