Hello. The title kind of says it all. I am about to put new skid plates on my 2021 570 Touring. Do I need to remove the stock skid plates before installing the new skid plates? Thanks

That's interesting because on the older 570s there won't removable skid plates per se. But if it's what I think it is I would try to install your aftermarket skid plates over your factory skid plates. This would give you better protection.

Yeah Polman that had me a little perplexed. I know the value line has that integrated skid plate if you will that is actually part of the frame. It's mistaken all the time as a skid plate but it's really the frame. Think along the lines of guardrail and guiderail, same thing but legally do two different things. But seeing as it's a 2021 I thought maybe they had added some plastic skids like they do on the XPs. I know they removed the a arm plastics.

In any event OP you install your new aftermarket skid plates over that existing belly plate is that is part of your frame and not removable.

Why does it have 2 sets of Handlebars?? It it a Touring Frame??

The second set of handlebars is for the passenger in case something happens to the driver it's kind of like a fighter jet.

I like that bash plate!! Only issue is mounting a front bumper with installed. But when there's a wheel there's a way. Post up some more pics those are really interesting skid plates.
