I'm not really a big fan of those new tires on the WV850. Why did they not just put a side wall on those tires, they look silly. Mud, rocks??
What about these?

Any body know anything about them? Available to the public.

Two problems I see with the tires on the WV850. The first is expense and the second is the design. If used in the desert they would be O.K. What happens when they fill up with mud or snow and ice. Can you imagine all the little honeycombs packed with mud or snow.

The other tire you show in the pic would IMHO be a better choice. However they also are expensive and heavy! The other problem is that the side wall is so stiff the ATV must ride like a truck. Nothing worse that getting the crap beat out of you on a long ride. I will keep my tires and plug kit and enjoy the trails.
