GREAT! And you have discovered that cheap parts are not necessarily good and good parts are not necessarily cheap, but not all non-OEM parts are cheap counterfeits - some non-OEM parts are more expensive than OEM and many times better, but it all depends on what you are looking for. I might use cheap gaskets, but I examine them before installation. Generally is the gasket is cut the same it will work, but I will not use a non OEM gasket between engine halves where a gasket is called for. Example: the Honda CRF250 uses a gasket between the crankcase halves. If the gasket is too thin, the oil pump binds and if the gasket is too thick, the oil pressure drops, but on the clutch cover, as long as the gasket has holes in all the right locations, it makes no difference to the internal parts operation if the gasket is see .010 or .020 thick. Some parts are just more precise than others.
