I have a copy in PDF - it's a bit different as the wiring diagrams are on the first 16 pages - chapter 1 starts on page 17 - it is publication 9923809

Sorrowfully, no - I don't work on side by sides and therefore my library of Ranger manuals is very limited. I did just acquire an 01-02 Series 10 manual (kinda beat up with dirty fingerprints and a broken binding, but I'm going to turn it into a loose leaf and convert into PDF when I get time.

I can't even find the publication number for that model
