well my trail boss seems to have gotten all the kinks out and running good thanks to a few ppl here and a lot of troubleshooting , now im having some starter problems , when i push the button it clicks from the battery , every now and then the starter will work but its not conssistant any ideas ? cleaned battery connections , clean soilenoids , check all the wiring by the tank stood the bike up on the rear rack tapped the starter thru the skid plate a few times but no luck still clicking

First try boosting it with your car, if that does it charge and check the battery. If not
grounding issues are very common in electrical problems, but first test the starter by running power and ground directly to the starter(power or + to the terminal on the starter, ground or - to the case), if it does not work its the starter, if it does then we need to check power and ground. First ground, ensure that the heavy ground wire from the drivetrain to the chassis is clean tight and free of corrosion @ both ends, if that doesn't do it move to the power side. Check the wires from battery + to the solenoid and the solenoid to the starter (we know that the starter switch is good because of the tell tale click when you press the starter button so we won't test that), if that doesn't do it its the solenoid.
