Has anybody here used sintered metal brake pads? If so, what were your results? Likes? Dislikes?

They are on sale now from Rocky Mountain off road and I'm thinking of getting them.

The sintered pads are harder, last longer, are less affected by water, wear the rotor faster and require higher pressure than the cheaper organic pads and generally cost more too as they will not be replaced as often. I use them exclusively on my off road machines, but use the organic pads on my street machines.

Mine is used primarily off road, unless I'm at the track, then I use it to tow my dragster around

I've used other quality brands and EBC always has set the bar. With that said for $9 a set i'd almost be inclined to try a set. But only for a day ride cause I honestly wouldn't trust them.
