Going to post this here because I'm not sure if I'll get a hit in the Repair/maintenance section.

I broke the spark plug wire connector. Can I just replace the connector, or do I need to spring for the $85 coil/wire asm?

I did the same thing, it's a easy fix. Pull the boot back , use a pair of wire strippers and cut a small piece of the insulation back. Reattach the wire clip and push the boot back . Wipe the inside of the boot with dielectric grease, and your good to go. Unless I totally got what your asking wrong. :)

As long as you have enough cable,......you are good to go with a new connector and boot.
