19' 450 (500cc) sportsman. No engine braking. I have 25" and extra 8lb per tire with my new tires.
I am looking to loose some top end and gain engagement and lower end and mid a bit.

First attempt will be to change just the primary spring. I talked to a guy a EPI and recommended a silver or even a white springs but also said anything similar will do. I am unaware of the tension of a stock spring in my sportsman now to compare...

Have any of you done these and can reccomend one? I am not disregarding the info from the company- just comparing notes. Thx

I wouldnt waste my time!! I'd just go with a QSC clutch kit from RVSPerformance and be done with it.

I keep reading about them. Will look further. Comparing prices vs possible gains. Although to help make my decision from above.. where can I find the stock spring rate Polaris installed? I don't know the color yet...ive yet to remove the cover.
