I have a 2006 sportsman 500 polaris quad
We were doing some work on the front end frame and the electronics throughout the entire quad quit? Their is no display on the instrument panel below the speedometer and we can here a click when we turn they key over but it doesn't sound like the starter?
Need help! Nothing works!

Had this happen, all it took was to push the fuses back into the holders (loose fuse holders). I have a piece of electrical tape across them to keep them from coming loose.

Check the main positive/negative wires on the battery for corrosion.

Worth a try anyway.

Had that happen not to long ago with my main 30A.What a piss off that was.

Pulled fuse box out and rewired using these. They are waterproof to boot. I still put a thin layer of rtv just to be sure. Solder the wires and heatshrink(or use heatshrink butt connects)

That's the PDM (also called ECM). Power distribution module.
