Hey all. The Sportsman 570 base models come with a secondary clutch that hasn no threaded hole or pry hole to release the clutch spring. I Googled and searched Youtube, but only found info on how to remove the primary clutch in order to swap the drive belt. So, I'm sharing my video of how to muscle it off and on without tools. No need to go spend a bunch of money on the special clutch tool just to do the belt. And, it's nice to know that if I ever need to change it in the field, it's do-able. Hope this helps future rookie belt swappers.:wink

That's wierd because I pop the secondary to install and remove the belt. Just an ordinary socket to do so.

Well, that would be the easy way, but it wouldn't be the cowboy way.:grin

Not saying this is the best way, just wanted to show folks you can do it by hand in a pinch.

put the bike in gear and apply the brake,
turn the secondary by hand counter clockwise and the clutch will open.

I know my buds 850 uses the shock tool to pry open the secondary to change belts. Is 570 like at also?
