im looking for something around a 27" or 28" tire for mud and trail. my old machine was an 01 sportsman with 27" ITP 589s which had 1 1/8" depth. im looking for something with just a tad more aggressive tread like 1 1/2" but not so bad as to be a really rough ride and im not sure which direction to head on those.

and now for the wheels. ive never bought rims for a fourwheeler and i dont know what width for front or rear or offsets on either. im not opposed to either 12" or 14" being that i have no idea the pros and cons on either one.

thank you very much for any help at all

I failed to mention that I'm keeping the stock wheels and tires together for the street riding and for warranty purposes. Thank y'all for the help so far
