Looking for a low milage or recently rebuilt (including the one way) primary clutch.

I see them on eBay but I figured I would check with you all first.

Which picture, upper or lower, is the one that came out of your current bike?
Now you switch the pictures around so on post #20 which is the one that came out of your bike upper picture or lower picture?
Sorry about that. in the above post #21, the lower (smaller opening) came out of the 2012 850.
The upper (larger opening) is from the 16HLer 1k.

I updated the post to help ID them.

Can't keep up with you Heavy. Your last post you were ordering a 800 RZR clutch. Now you say you have one from a 16 HL?
It will work so long as its in good working condition, but HL clutches have different springs and weights so different shift out and backshift and they are not EBS like your original.
I guess you can try it and see how you like it.

yep, I have been all over the place. I do apologize for that.

I have the RZR clutch here as well, the listing was wrong and it turned out to be a china clutch so I didnt trust it.

The lesson learned about these two, are the parts arent interchangeable but the unit itself works.

Thanks for clearing that up, you had my head spinning faster than 7,000 RPMs on the end of that clutch trying to look at it!

ha, the thoughts make sense in my head but obv need a little more work when typed out.

The 2020 clutch looks to have the smaller weights, I didnt realize there were so many differences which all cross reference.

I plan to do the same and rebuild the old clutch to have it as a spare.
I have yet to successfully get the spider off of it, I'll take more time with it now that I have a back up.
Quick update.
the used clutch arrived today, it was listed from a 16 highlifter a 1k.

the part numbers were different but the only real changes seem to be the size of the weights.

5632802 has larger wights and opening than the 5632199 I took out of the bike.
there were a few other differences but the size (height and width) were the same.

I cleaned it up, installed a new 2 way and it seems to be working great on the test ride.

In this pic, the top one is the 2012 850 PN#5632199

The bottom is 2016 1k HLer PN#5632802
