I have a 2003 500 Polaris HO. The steering has been pulling hard to the left side. I tried adjusting the control arms per the manual. The spindel seemed inpossible to turn.
When at a stop I can toggle the 4wd button and take off fast cuasing what feels like the 4wd disengaging temperarly and they pulling to the left stops for awhile.
Any ideas?

you need to look at it a little further. get all four wheels off the ground ,then start it up, put in gear(check forward and reverse) and in two wheel mode and see what happens then.(EASY on the throttle ,you don't want it to overrev or torque up and jump off the jackstands). is it making any grinding sounds??

2003 500 HO 4WD Steering

The Steering is pulling to the left. While on the jack I had it set to 2WD and the left wheel was turning. Next set it to 4WD all wheels turning. Set it back to 2WD and all wheels still turning.
I am hoping it is a problem with the Switch and not the Hillard clutch.
Anyone have any experience with this problem?
