At the risk of sounding like I'm being a bitch (Don't give a S$%t if I am) - What would we all need to spend on Polaris equipment to NOT have risk of fire? We all know our machines are absurdly expensive as is - what's the premium on top of that needed to mitigate this crap? I don't have the exact stats, but there have been documented cases with the RZR, I have a 23' snow check sled on order that was part of that stop ride/stop sale for static discharge/fire...and now my 1000s they want me to stop riding? Honestly what do we need to all spend for them to hire the correct engineer to solve these issues PRIOR to going to market? I get that every manufacturer has teething to some degree...but do Honda/Yamaha have literal fire risk that result in a stop sale/ride bulletin - on repeat?
Can we just hire away their static guru and get this stuff solved in R&D before production?
It's legitimately ridiculous/insulting at this point....
