The Table Mesa OHV Area is west of the I-17 exit 236 (about 20 miles north of Phoenix) in the desert valley and foothills with many ATV / motorcross trails + 2 Aqua Fria river crossings + Little Pan Staging Area Campground with vaulted toilets. There is also an Indian Fort on a plateau on the 9995 trail.
