Reading this forum was a time saver on replacing the axles on a 2002 sportsman I purchased used for my son. After two days and much beer we finally drilled out the inner cup used a air hammer to pop out the opposite side and got those suckers out of there. Reassembly was a breeze used something called anti seize before we put it back together. Still have a tie rod end starter and drive to put on but with the advice on here I'm sure we will get it done. Thank you all for posting the easiest way you have found to do things.

That's one lucky kid ! That's why were here. To learn and help others with what we've learned. Good luck on the rest of the repairs.
